It’s a spectacular effect for riders right at the beginning of the adventure, creating a mass effect with everybody tilting together – for us this represented an integral part of the experience. We also felt the vertigo feeling was much more realistic than the other systems. Another key point was operating costs. The configuration presented by Dynamic Attractions allowed us to (un)load visitors on a single level, while similar systems by competitors are split up on several floors. A lot of these systems that are hydraulic and electric motors, they tend to make a lot of noise when they’re picking people up and I think there’s a lot of flying theaters out there but there’s only a few that are like the Ferraris and the Lamborghinis of the world. And then as you get less expensive, some things suffer. And one of the first things to go is how quiet it is. How silent all the motors are and how silent all the motions are. And it makes a huge difference."
